Detailed written report

This is a 3 part detailed written report of the exterior and interior of the home describing
specific enhancement instructions and time frame for completion.
The report is written on the premise, one copy to homeowner, realtor and office file.
Our redesign staff is available to help you complete the changes needed at your request.

Staging an occupied home

Many homes require less rearranging than others to prepare the home for sale.
Our stager will depersonalize the home and rearrange furnishings to accentuate the positive
aspects of the home.
The use of NT rental furniture is available as a separate fee and will be listed separately.

Staging a vacant home

It is difficult for buyers to visualize themselves in a vacant lifeless home. Using our extensive
inventory we can stage your home to enhance the style and character of the home and current
design trends at affordable rates.
We can stage the whole house from beds to personally designed floral arrangements, or simple
focal rooms. We can suggest paint colors; recommend lighting fixtures, and exterior landscaping according to your needs and budget.
When viewing the property we will determine your needs and prepare a proposal that includes
all staging, destaging prices and rental fees associated with all inventory.

New construction or commercial

New construction may only require the basics for showing appeal, kitchen, bathrooms, foyer,
and grand room or living room. We have package pricing.

Commercial

Each business is enhanced with artwork and floras and greenery. We can rent our inventory
or shop for that one of a kind piece of art for your commercial needs.

Inventory Rentals and availability of technical services

NT Design & Staging Solutions has an extensive warehouse of inventory, which includes furnishings,
and accessories, and silk plants to showcase your home. Pro-rated after the first month of rent.
NT Design & Staging has the availability of our trade’s people, which include a handyman, electrician, painter, and carpet cleaner when needed.

Staging Sevices-Fees are determined by the square feet of the area and by the hour.
